Be honest. Do you transfer last year’s goals into this year’s journal? Year after year.

You have the best intentions. “This year will be different!!”  And then it’s December all over again. There’s no money saved. You’re still carrying around the same ten pounds. And you haven’t had a girl’s night out because you’ve spent too many weekends binge watching Netflix.

Then you get desperate. You start adding random things you’ve accomplished just to scratch something off the list. Voila! A temporary fix. So, you get to copying and pasting.
